We are two people who really love a genuinely great, medium-rare, hand-formed hamburger.
It started simply: I happen to love a good hamburger, and so does a friend who agreed to join me. With more time to seriously pursue the incredible, we've set out to eat our way through fifty-two weeks of contenders — chasing the honest, unglamorous joy of a burger done right.
